After being stiffed by 2 other carpet cleaning companies for not showing up on time and I waited at least an hour for each and they didn't even bothering to call me ( And who knew that there is a 4 hour time frame) I'm not going to name any abbreviation names. So, I decided to go online and check out what is available in Tucson and saw "On Time Carpet Service" Call them, talked to Shawn the Owner and made an appointment for the following week. Shawn called me the day of the appointment to let me know that he is running early and wanted to know if he can come now. To make a long story short. Shawn did a great job on my carpet, explained the procedures and what type of chemical is going to be used. His prices are very reasonable. I personally recommend Shawn (On Time Carpet Service) to anyone who needs their carpet cleaned. Thank You Again....

This is the second time we have used Shawn to clean our carpets. The carpets come out great, the pricing is fair, and the on time service, is true. Shawn did an excellent job of cleaning all of our nylon and wool blend Berber carpets. They all looked like new. He arrived when he said he was going to, which is very much appreciated as we all have busy schedules and really don't have time to wait around for a contractor to show up late. Many thanks for a great job. Have definitely found a new carpet cleaning company for our home. And will recommend him to all that need a very professional and reliable carpet cleaning company. Next time we will use his services to also clean our automobile carpets and all of our furniture.

May 19, 2009 Shawn did a great jopb on my white carpet. He is professional and his prices are fair. My carpet has not looked this good in years. Thanks
