Shawn was willing to come out and clean a sofa. The other 8 places I called all had a minimum. Apparently, they didn't want my business. Because he was willing to come out for the sofa, I called him again to clean an Oriental rug and the carpet in our bedroom. I did call for quotes from other places. He was the ONLY person I called that asked about the weave of the rug. I appreciate that he is knows what he is doing, is honest, very thorough, calls back, has great Customer Service (which so many places in Tucson don't have), and is On-Time. I am a service snob and highly recommend Shawn for his service and the great job he does.
