My wife and i would like to thank- on time carpet service-- for his excellent service, honesty, trustworthy and a good job of cleaning our carpet here at 611 n avenida alegre, tucson az for the last 8 yrs. Yes we have shopped around and had other companies come in and clean our carpet but in our opinion ontime has always been ontime and has satify our needs everytime without any confrontations or excuses as other company have. We know that if we have to leave the house-ontime will come in and move things around that we forgot to move,clean the carpet and lock it up and bill us with no question asked. I own some rental units in the UofA area and I am very pleased with the results I have received over the years from On Time Carpet Service. In particular I was exceptionally pleased and surprised with the cleaning job last month June 07 which saved me from replacing a carpet in the apartment of an evicted tenant. I called Shawn with the idea of paying a minimum charge to hear him say the carpet could not be salvaged. Instead, he was able to remove all the grease and dirt leaving the carpet in great condition. The apartment was ready for rental with a fresh, clean, scented carpet and I was spared the expense of the replacement cost - for which I am very grateful. I highly recommend On Time Carpet Service for good results at a reasonable price.
